One Key Access was founded in 2020 by Chanel Costabir & Raymond Ngai after seeing first-hand the challenges couriers faced delivering to buildings.

Having worked for Australia's largest delivery provider, Australia Post, & being avid online shoppers, the team were equiped with the knowledge & expertise to create a delivery access solution that would be beneficial to everyone involved in the last-mile delivery experience.
